• OAuth authentication tokens to communicate with HubSpot on your behalf

• We do not store your contact information

• We do not store your deal information

• We do not store your task data

• We do not store any CRM records or customer data

Task Sentinel only reads and checks for existing tasks in real-time during workflow execution. No task data is ever stored in our systems.

Why We Need HubSpot Permissions

Task Sentinel requests the following OAuth scopes during installation:

crm.objects.deals.read

To identify which deal is triggering the workflow

crm.objects.contacts.read & crm.objects.contacts.write

To search for existing tasks and create new tasks when needed

automation

To function as a custom workflow action in your HubSpot workflows

How We Use Your Data

The authentication tokens we store are used exclusively to:

• Check for existing open tasks when a workflow runs

• Create new tasks only when no duplicate is found

• Maintain your connection to HubSpot

We never sell, share, or use your data for any purpose beyond providing the Task Sentinel service.

Data Security

Your OAuth tokens are stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We follow best practices to protect your authentication credentials and ensure they are only used for authorized operations within your HubSpot account.

Data Retention

We retain your authentication tokens only as long as Task Sentinel is installed in your HubSpot account. If you uninstall the app, your authentication data will be removed from our systems.

Third-Party Services

Task Sentinel integrates exclusively with HubSpot. We do not share your data with any other third-party services or platforms.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Uninstall Task Sentinel at any time

• Request deletion of your authentication data
